The Parish Council meets once a month throughout the year in the Council Chamber located in Harrow Drive Park; meetings commence at 7.00pm.
A notice of every meeting is displayed on the Parish Council's noticeboards by Altway shops and Molyneux Way. Minutes are available to view via this website and also at Aintree Library. The public can attend Parish Council meetings and can ask questions at the start of each meeting prior to the official start of business. If an elector wishes the Parish Council to discuss a subject, the clerk must be notified in advance.
